We are qualified and competent environmentalists with passion, drive, keen and very enthusiastic professionals, with varying skills and experiences of two years to over fifty years ranging in SHEQ and engineering disciplines, health and medical professions, training, mining. geology, metallurgy as well as from consulting individuals and firms, partners and collaborators, universities and other institutions and other stakeholders. The team is well vested in the consulting work, leading and executing, organizing, planning and controlling all assigned work plans pertaining to improving SHEQ or IMS, business productivity, viability, sustainability and sustainable development as per customer’s terms and prevailing conditions.

BUMIRA Management and Investments of Resources in Africa (BUMIRA) that was founded in 1997 in Zimbabwe is rooted deeply into the following:

Our Journey

1997

BUMIRA Investments (Pvt) Ltd is officially incorporated.

2003

The Environmental Consultancy wing actively begins operations, founded by Eng. S. S. M. Mseka to bridge the gap between legal compliance and sustainable development.

2005 -2007

We expand our services, conducting Training Needs Analysis for the Tanzanian mining industry and beginning to offer comprehensive EIAs, EMPs, and Audits.

2011

To better serve our international clientele, we formally establish our sister company in Tanzania.

2020-Present

Expansion continues through collaborations with Virimai Projects East Africa, Business Standards and System Certification (BSSC), Kazi Noir, and Africa Change Emporium.
